CLIMBING THE WALLS is the perfect place to feel the incredible adrenaline buzz of climbing tall walls, bouldering, action walls and training walls in a controlled, clean, indoor environment in a brand new purpose built Centre which opened in February 2017. Located opposite Tesco at Battlefields, you can choose to use the Park and Ride or arrive by car and park in one of plenty of spaces.

Choose from a variety of safe and fun activities suitable for adults and children aged from 5 years onwards. The perfect way to spend quality time with family or friends, keeping fit, having fun and learning new skills.

With an easy to use booking system on our website, qualified instructors and even a Sky Lounge, so you can relax with a drink and delicious food, whilst watching over the activities taking place in the Centre, we think we have something for everyone.


With over 300 square meters of 12 metre high Tall Walls, you really can feel the fear and do it anyway knowing you are roped on and perfectly safe. With 1 metre-3 metre overhang and 3000+ climbing handholds, all placed by experienced route setters, this really is one to set the adrenaline buzzing.


Bouldering is great fun for all the family and after a short induction off you go. No ropes required so perfect for those who prefer to “freestyle’. 4.5m overhang, 200 square metres and great view from the mezzanine level. Don’t worry about the lack of ropes though, should you take a tumble you will be protected by the thick, purpose matting specifically designed to cushion your fall.


The Action Walls are fabulous fun for everyone, cleverly designed to create a series of interactive challenges, it is ingeniasly suitable for both children and adults. It has 25 different elements designed to challenge your brain, balance, fine and gross motor skills. With belay ropes, age is not guarantee of success on this one. Perfect for confidence building, team events, family challenges, parties and corporate events.

Creating a buzz by coming to Shrewsbury, this long awaited Centre is open to the public in February 2017. With ample Parking, Café Sky Lounge, Shower Facilities, WC, Parking, Qualified Instructors, Memberships Available, Party Bookings, Classes,

From the M54, follow on to the A5. At the junction of the A5/A49 (N) take the A49 towards Whitchurch or follow signs to Battlefield industrial estate. At the next roundabout go straight over carrying on the A49. At the next roundabout turn left, follow road down to the traffic lights, turn right into Tesco car park (by Chiquitos). We are located opposite Tesco at Battlefields, you can choose to use the Park and Ride or arrive by car and park in one of the plenty of spaces.
